Foley LTD works closely with Estates departments or Capital Projects teams to ensure that any refurbishment or upgrade runs as safely and efficiently as possible. Over the last 30 years we have experienced the constant changes in all the different aspects of the building industry along side the growing demand for NHS services and the departments and staff that occupy them.
We, as a company understand how important it is to keep a department or ward running while necessary upgrades are needed and being undertaken etc . Working along side the projects team and the users, we always work out a way of providing our service with no detriment to the Hospital department or Wards, operational performance. We understand how sensitive and busy an environment Hospital departments, Wards, Doctors surgeries and clinics have become.

Our dedicated teams of Craftsman and Tradesman have the resources to supply and install almost anything required. We have office based research and sourcing department, along with most main and well known suppliers of Building, Electrical and Mechanical materials, Plant and equipment. Bespoke and specialist works undertaken and manufactured, off site and installed on site at the clients convenience.
Commercial
Our vast experience in the commercial sector has let us work with some of the best house hold names in the world, we have a substantial commercial client list that include Bars and restaurants, airlines, car showrooms, airports and luxury goods stores. We have completed some impressive projects in time frames and with minimal disruption to the businesses revenue and day to day running. Phased works completed in isolation to suit our clients needs.
